George Ibanez has been in the insurance business since 1984, and is certified on Medicare insurance products, Life Insurance, and Annuities. The entire staff at Medigap Group Agency Inc. is composed of licensed agents, and everyone is dedicated strictly on retirement products.

 
We are located in Springdale, Arkansas. We can also provide our services in 38 states. We have been recognized as one of the leaders in the Retirement field and have received awards by several carriers recognizing our production, expertise and integrity.

George has been married to his wife and partner Laura for 27 years. He has 4 children, 3 of which also work at the agency family business, and all are also dedicated to support and sell Medicare insurance.

Our good standings and outstanding achievement have earned us multiple President club awards with Mutual of Omaha, Aetna, and Senior Market Sales. Our goal is always to provide World Class Service to all our clients, and treat them the same way that we like to be treated.

Our company complies with all certifications required by each individual state as well as Medicare, and LIMRA, and we certify every year with AHIP.. All our agents go through extensive training on every product that we represent, and we educate our clients so that everyone understands the products, and make educated decisions.
